We will send an invoice, for large projects 50% deposit is required, and these projects are broken into 3 installments. For smaller projects, full payment is upfront.

We accept PayPal payments, EFT and bank transfers.

This depends on the specific job. Please see our project guidelines below:
Logo project 2-3 weeks
Full branding project 4 – 6 weeks
Branding and Website 12-14 weeks
Website only – 8 weeks

Yes. Once we have been paid to create design work according to your specifications and you have received the final files from us, ownership of the your designs gets transferred to you.

Whilst this is a collaborative process, after our initial consultation we’ve pretty much “got this.” 
We are extremely experienced at the process of designing, and developing brands and websites so offering a seamless and stress free experience for you, our clients, is our overall goal. This is after all, what we do best!

Yes, we can arrange printing through one of our print partners. We offer complete print management, liaising with printers on your behalf and then shipping to your door, so you don’t have to worry. 

Our partnership doesn’t end once your job is completed. We see ourselves as an integral part of your team, ready to update and refine the designs we’ve created for you throughout whenever you need us. we aim to build long term relationships with all of our clients some of who we have been working with since 2012.

If you’d prefer to have the working/source files for future in-house design work, you will need to let us know prior to commencement of the project. These files are considered our intellectual property.
